Aromatherapy is the absorption of essential oils by the skin; which combined with a therapeutic massage brings about an effective healing process which harmonises the mind, body and spirit.
Therapy designed to help restore balance and revitalise. Almost every one can benefit from receiving a massage. It is a holistic approach which seems to encourage health at all levels.
Hopi Ear Candles
Hopi ear candles are an Ancient therapy that is used to balance the pressure in the head and ears.
The treatment involves the use of a specialised hollow candle, made from natural ingredients that the therapist places in the ear.
Hot Stone Therapy
Stones therapy is a technique for using specific types of stone at different temperatures in contact with the skin.
Stone therapy is a useful progression for those offering massage, stress relief treatments, and working in fields where the application of hot or cold stimulus to the muscles is beneficial.

The practitioner’s hands rest lightly in a sequence of positions on the body; we depend on an active flow of energy to maintain good health.
