On Sunday 13th November 2011 Sunflowers Project Director Joan Elmer and Chairman David Connell were presented with a cheque for £2000 from the Independent Order of Forresters. Their President, Roy Nickson presented the cheque at a luncheon at the Briars Hall Hotel in Lathom, Lancs.

An amazing morning of Art. The atmosphere was fantastic we had so many people we run out of table space and easels we now require new easels. (anyone got any)
We have had three boxes full of craft making equipment donated to us as you can see from the pictures we had great fun and excitement opening up as cath said “It was like Christmas”
